Family Blog
Today Millie turned one and I decided that I needed to do another family blog. Here are our full names:
My full name is Benjamin Edward Thomas Cross.
Zachary’s full name is Zachariah Jefferson MacNeal Cross.
Lexi’s full name is Alexandria Elizabeth Briere Cross. (Briere (BREE-air) means Heather in French)
Millie’s full name is Melisande (MEL-a-sahnd) Hadleigh Maiya Cross. (Hadleigh (HAD-lee) means heather meadow (Maiya (MY-ah) means May in Russian)

Millie can now stand up for 30 seconds and can get on and off our little rocking chair unassisted. If Millie and I are on the bed, and I point to the ceiling fan and say “ceiling fan”, she will say “ss”. Amazingly, she still has no teeth and we think she might be our youngest walker and oldest teether. She also can clap and say "yay".
Teddy, those were great comments and pictures! We now know a lot more about Millie, the wonder girl! It was also nice of you to include Alyssa. Could she write a book about her summer adventures at your house?
